By accessing or purchasing from ThePieCraft (thepiecraft.in), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

General

  • ThePieCraft reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.
  • All content on this website — including images, text, and pricing — is the property of ThePieCraft and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Products & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST).
  • Product colours may slightly vary from on-screen representation due to monitor settings and the natural dyeing process of wool.
  • Custom rug dimensions may vary by up to ±3% due to the hand-weaving process — this is not a defect.

Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment or Partial COD deposit.
  • We accept payments via Razorpay (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking) and Cash on Delivery (via Partial COD — 10% advance required at checkout for India-only orders).
  • ThePieCraft reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, fraud, or stock unavailability, with a full refund issued.

Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) — India Only

  • A 10% advance deposit of the total order value is required at checkout to confirm any Cash on Delivery order within India. This is processed securely online via COD King.
  • The remaining 90% is paid in cash (or digitally) to the delivery courier upon receipt of the rug.
  • The 10% advance is fully refundable for standard rug returns within the 30-day window. For custom rugs, the advance is non-refundable after the 24-hour grace period.

Intellectual Property

All rug designs, product photography, brand assets, and website content are the intellectual property of ThePieCraft. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

ThePieCraft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the original purchase.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [your city], India.
