We send a mock-up in your size and colours, with the exact price. Changes are free until you are happy.

Handmade for you

Once you approve, our artisans make your rug by hand. Hand-tufted rugs ship 8 days after approval; hand-knotted rugs take about 30 days to reach you.

Tracked delivery to your home, free across India and with duties paid to the USA.

Hand-tufted or hand-knotted?

Both are made entirely by hand in India. The difference is how the yarn is fixed into the rug, and that changes the look, the texture and the time it takes.

How it’s made	Yarn is pushed through a canvas with a hand-held tufting tool, then backed, sheared and carved.	Every knot is tied by hand on a vertical loom, row by row; the pattern shows through on the back.
Look & feel	Plush pile with sculpted, carved outlines. Ideal for bold modern, abstract and irregular designs.	Trim pile with crisp detail. Ideal for Oushak, Heriz, Kazak and other traditional designs.
Materials	New Zealand wool and wool blends, with bamboo silk (viscose) highlights on many designs.	Wool and viscose (rayon).
Shapes	Any shape: rectangle, round, oval or fully custom outlines.	Rectangles and runners.
Time to your door	Ships 8 days after you approve the design; delivered in about 2–3 weeks.	About 30 days.

Custom rug FAQ

Does customising cost extra?

No. You pay only for the rug itself, priced by its size and construction, the same way as our ready designs. The design mock-up is free.

How long does a custom rug take?

Hand-tufted custom rugs ship 8 days after you approve the design mock-up and usually reach you in 2–3 weeks. Hand-knotted rugs take about 30 days. If we are ever running late, we message you before the promised date with a new one.

Will I see the design before it’s made?

Yes. We send a mock-up in your size and colours with the final price. Nothing is made until you approve it.

What materials can I choose?

Hand-tufted rugs are made in New Zealand wool and wool blends, often with bamboo silk (viscose) highlights for sheen. Hand-knotted rugs are made in wool and viscose (rayon). We’ll help you choose the right one for your room.

Can I customise a rug from your website?

Yes. Any rug on our site can be made in another size, shape or colourway. Send us the link on WhatsApp, or choose “Custom size” on the product page.

Do you deliver outside India?

Yes. We deliver to the USA with duties paid, and to the UK, Europe, Australia, Canada, the UAE and Singapore. Prices are shown in your currency.

Can I return a custom rug?

Custom rugs are made just for you, so please check our refund policy before ordering. If a rug arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
