Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your tracking number and courier details.
How to track your order
- Find the tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email or WhatsApp message.
- Enter it on the courier's tracking page (the link is included in your confirmation).
- You can also log in to your account to view your order status.
Haven't received tracking details?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Custom rugs take 3–8 weeks to craft before dispatch. If you haven't received tracking details within this window, please contact us with your order number.
