Shipping & Delivery Policy

Every ThePieCraft rug is hand-tufted to order in India. We don't hold ready stock, so each rug is made for you after you place your order.

Production Time

Standard size rugs: handmade in 8 days after your order is confirmed.
Custom rugs: made to your exact size, shape and colours. Your rug is handmade in 8 days after you approve the design mock-up, about 2–3 weeks in total including delivery.

Shipping Within India

Free shipping across India on all orders, with no minimum order value.
Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Every shipment is insured and tracked, dispatched via leading courier partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, FedEx).

International Shipping (USA & other countries)

Free express delivery to the USA and all international destinations.
USA: expect your rug 2–3 weeks from payment to your door (8 days of making plus express transit).
Other countries: delivery time depends on destination and is confirmed after dispatch.
Every international shipment is insured and tracked end to end.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Import duties, taxes and customs fees are included in the price you pay at checkout. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
