• Pan-India Free Shipping: We offer 100% FREE shipping across India on all orders — with no minimum order value required.
• Fully Insured & Tracked: Every shipment is fully insured against damage or loss in transit and is dispatched via leading courier partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, FedEx) with end-to-end tracking.

Delivery Timelines

• Standard Size Rugs: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Custom Rugs: Custom rugs are meticulously hand-woven to your exact specifications. Please allow 4–6 weeks (30–45 days) for crafting, finishing, and delivery.
