How long does it take to receive my rug?
Every rug is hand-tufted to order in our Bhadohi workshop. It ships in 8 days and is delivered to your door in 2–3 weeks from payment (for custom designs, from the day you approve the design mock-up). Hand-knotted rugs take about 30 days to reach you. We provide full tracking for every order.
Do you charge for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order across India, and free express delivery (FedEx or DHL) on every order to the contiguous United States, with all US duties and import taxes prepaid by us.
Can I order a custom size?
Absolutely. We specialise in custom-sized rugs. Visit our Custom Rugs page or contact us to start a bespoke commission tailored to your space.
What materials do you use?
Our hand-tufted rugs are made in New Zealand wool and wool blends, often with viscose (rayon from bamboo) (viscose) highlights, on a cotton backing. Our hand-knotted rugs are made in wool and viscose (rayon). All materials are ethically sourced and rich, long-lasting dyes.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal, plus UPI, RuPay and net banking in India. International orders are charged in Indian rupees (INR) and converted by your bank. For rugs 4×6 and larger, US customers can ask for a fixed USD invoice instead — see International Billing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for standard rugs in original, unused condition. In India we arrange a free reverse pickup; for international orders, return shipping is paid by the customer. If your rug arrives damaged or defective, tell us within 7 days and we pick it up and send a replacement at no cost to you. Custom-made rugs are non-returnable. How do I care for my rug?
Regular vacuuming without beater bars, immediate spot cleaning, and professional cleaning every 1–2 years will keep your rug beautiful for decades. Detailed care instructions are included with every order.
