Why am I charged in INR (Indian Rupees)?

We are an India-based business. Indian banking regulations require us to process all payments in INR. When you check out, the total is shown in INR.

What will appear on my card statement?

Your bank converts the INR amount to USD at their exchange rate. For example:

Most banks charge a 1–3% foreign transaction fee. This is from your bank, not us.

Can I pay the exact USD amount?

Yes — for orders above $120 (≈ ₹10,000).
Reply to your order confirmation email or WhatsApp us — we'll send a Plural Pay USD link. You pay the exact USD amount (no bank forex markup), and we mark your order paid.

Refunds

Refunds are issued in INR to the original payment method. The USD amount you receive depends on your bank's conversion rate at the time of refund.
