3.3 Order Confirmation: An order placed by you constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only when you receive a written order confirmation from us.
3.4 Custom Orders: Custom rug orders are non-cancellable once production has commenced. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 All prices on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST, unless stated otherwise.
4.2 We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect already-confirmed orders.
