1. Overview
ThePieCraft ships handcrafted rugs across India. We are committed to ensuring your order reaches you safely and on time.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Custom rug orders require additional production time — typically 3–8 weeks depending on size and complexity. You will be informed of the estimated dispatch timeline at the time of order confirmation.
3. Shipping Partners
We ship via reputable courier and logistics partners across India. The specific carrier may vary based on your delivery location and the size or weight of your order. Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5–8 business days
- Remote or difficult-access locations: 8–12 business days
These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, courier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Free Shipping
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders above ₹5,000. For orders below ₹5,000, a flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
6. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your tracking number and courier details. You can track your order on the courier's website or contact us for assistance.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package:
- We will contact you to arrange re-delivery (re-delivery charges borne by the customer)
- If re-delivery is not arranged within 15 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a partial refund (minus shipping charges)
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date
- Share photographs of the damaged package and product
We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
