1. Accepted Payment Methods
ThePieCraft accepts the following secure payment methods:
- VISA / Mastercard / American Express (Credit and Debit Cards)
- UPI (Unified Payments Interface) — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM UPI, etc.
- RuPay Cards
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — available for select locations and order values
We do not accept personal cheques or demand drafts unless specifically arranged for custom bulk orders.
2. Currency
All transactions on thepiecraft.in are conducted in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices displayed are in INR and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD may not be available for all pin codes or high-value orders.
- A COD convenience fee may apply and will be displayed clearly at checkout.
- Custom orders are not eligible for COD — advance payment is required to begin custom weaving.
- Refunds for COD orders will be processed via NEFT/IMPS bank transfer within 7–10 business days after return inspection.
4. Taxes & GST
All product prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) as applicable under Indian tax law. A GST invoice will be provided with your order. If you require a GST invoice for business purposes, please provide your GSTIN at the time of placing the order.
5. Failed Payments
- Your order will not be confirmed until payment is successfully received.
- Any amount debited for a failed transaction will be reversed by your bank/payment gateway within 5–7 business days automatically.

6. Billing & Invoicing
A digital GST invoice will be sent to your registered email address upon successful payment. If you do not receive your invoice within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you believe a transaction is unauthorised or incorrect, please contact us at contactus@thepiecraft.in before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in suspension of your account.
8. Payment Security
All online payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Our website uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your information during transmission.
