At The Pie Craft, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our rugs. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund terms below.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Custom / Made-to-Order rugs (since they are handcrafted for you).

Items purchased during clearance or final sale.

Products damaged due to improper use or care.
3. Return Process

Share clear photos of the product showing its condition.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.

We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.
5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
