1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been dispatched.

2. After Dispatch

• Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

• You may still be eligible for a return or exchange under our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Custom / Made-to-Order Rugs

• Customised rugs or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started, as they are handcrafted specifically for you.

4. Refund for Cancellations

• Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges (if any) will be non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
